    I often cook with lard because I have it lying around from work but we also make tallow and I keep that for fryin potatoes or cooking a steak in a skillet.
    I had forgotten how much hotter tallow gets [than lard] till I was cooking with it and flipped the steak the wrong way [towards me vs away] and tallow splattered up my arm and burned the fuck outta me!

    Grandson had glands the size of golf balls yesterday
    (Slight exaggeration, but not by much)
    Kenz took him to dr yesterday and strep was negative. His tonsils are almost touching:eek: I saw him last night and he started getting pus on his tonsils. She took him back today and today the test was positive. For whatever reason, they no longer send the test out for a 48 hour culture here. o_O
    Anyway….. he got a shot.

    Hope you feel better soon!!!
