Hi all, I just installed Bilstein 5100's on the front of my '23 SR5 2WD 5ft bed. I did it to level it out (I don't go off-roading). I set the circlips on the 4th ring - 1.55" lift setting. On that setting the front sits slightly higher than what I was going for and I'd like to move the circlip down to the next setting. My question is, is there an easy way to adjust that circlip without completely taking out the shock/strut assembly again? I swear I saw a short video on YouTube awhile back but now I can't find it. If there is no "easy way" without risking digits and limbs then I'll wait until cooler temps prevail and do it the right way. TIA.

There is no way. You need to compress the springs (there are many ways to do that) loosen the top hat and disassemble the assembly. I would drive on it for a while. Springs settle after some time and maybe it will be just where you want it after a month or two.

The video you saw might have been about how to compress the springs while on the truck....

yup, I did it that way (video link)^. Just use some needle-nose plyers to re-adjust the clip once the compression is released. It's a little tight but doable.
