Morning, our son’s rescue pit mix never fares well with the fireworks. Shakes, pants, and wants to find a hole to hide in. I suspect it’s more than just fear of fireworks. We think she was a breeder/bait dog as she has the gentlest soul and has clearly had multiple litters of pups. There are scares all over her body, but those have healed…it’s the mental scars that have not. Trazadone is the only way we can help subside the panic and fear. Have a great day. Stay Well…Stay Safe

The generosity of the group keeps on giving. Thank you for the cigar box guitar kit. I don’t have words to express my gratitude for your kindness. I now have a project to help me get out of my head for a bit which I appreciate.

If you think your local towns or cities had awesome fireworks displays then you haven't seen in person what the island of Oahu has !!

The locals only celebrate New Years and not the Fourth of July . Every year the locals spend tens of thousands of dollars on illegal fireworks .North and South of Waikiki looks and sounds like a war zone

I've actually had 3 interviews over the last two weeks. Two of them seemed to go very well, with the actual hiring manager, but a few days later, I got the usual "Thanks for your time, but piss off" email/phone calls. The third turned out it wasn't paying anywhere near what I need to make in order to meet my expenses. Supposedly a fourth company wants to interview me, but they have been telling me "sometime in the next couple days..." for the last 2+ weeks, so I don't really expect to hear from them at this point. I'm still searching, still applying. Up to 243 applications submitted as of this morning.

    Thank you for asking :)

One of ours is usually a mess but this year wasn't so bad. She usually hunkers down under my desk and I turn the fan on her. I heard a couple fire crackers but mostly just low level crackles a little more than sparklers so she stayed on her bed in the front room, no shakes or panting. I'm thinking the heat had a lot to do with keeping people inside. Lately it's still at or over 100 around 8-830 pm.

A small toʻrnado hit just west of downtown Louisville yesterday. We finally got some rain. Still drizzling. Humidity will be crazy when the sun pops out. Summer.

Fireworks until 2am. 2 dogs kept us awake.

Fireworks kept the dog and hence me, up till midnight. Then woke up at 4:45, 30 minutes before my alarm. Didn't know why I woke up till I got to work and saw we had a small earthquake! 3.9 just enough to wake me but not enough for me to notice anything. Be ready to crash tonight.... 6 more hours of work... ugh
@MTgirl you feel anything where ever you're camping? Centered NE of Seeley Lake.

I was up about that time but for a different call of nature. Can’t say I felt it. Would have made the camper sway and being up top I’m sure I would have woken up from it.

The mailman dropped off 2 cards in the mail. Thank you. I’m humbled. Now for modeling one of the 2 shirts:
