We are picking up a new puppy today otherwise I would be barking up your tree! Haha! We are thinking about a death valley trip next year as well as maybe a some Moab and doing some climbing or rope swinging if I time it with some of the climbing groups

blower motor, circuit repair or the switch? There is a tsb for the blower motor not working on high. If you ignore that tsb it will burn the dash switch (don't ask me how i know).

I replaced the resister last year. I just checked the motor it's started up after snacking it but sounds like some leafs maybe stuck in it. Switch is still working.

The tsb is for the resister. They are junk. The tsb replaced the resister the 3rd Gen one. Toyota sells the kit for those that are not covered under warranty. It's cheap

My problem is the neighbors tree has those little leafs that get sucked up in the filter and into the blower motor when I pull the filter to replace it. But the motor sounds like it's done now. Lol. She's old and been abused

Nope is there something missing? Mine doesn't have one over the hole. It was definitely the motor pulled it out and tested it. Had a twig or two stuck in it and the shaft bent. Fan was barely able to spin. Wobble wobble like a bend wheel.

I put a screen over the intake on mine to keep the big chunks out. Not my picture or truck but very similar.
