    Thanks!

Uploading the video of having cut it out

Plan is to mail it to @outershell as cheap as possible

USPS medium flat rate box is the smallest appropriate size based on the large bracket

Since he's doing the drawing, I plan to send him the mock up, and final piece, all at no cost in parts and labor

Would just ask that shipping is covered

This way we can finalize a product that actually works/fits before deciding on the final thickness used

I make 30-40 of them every now and then

I'll suddenly get a request for 5 or 10 from time to time either here on the forum or in person

That or I like to include 1 or 2 when customers purchase something

Just went through this thread to quote everyone that was interested in a set.

Again, just a heads up that @outershell is the one that drew up the design (I'm merely cutting and sending him a piece for test fit purposes)

Afterward, we may continue with making a batch to offer here

You mean the bed stiffener setup with an F bomb incorporated into it?

I have F bombs on-hand by themselves most of the time

But that's for a different thread :anonymous:

I as thinking bracket with the f bomb incorporated. Maybe the bracket that is exposed? If it’s too much nonsense then forget about it. I’ll just take the regular version

    Wow Kwik fab is kwik!

Hopefully it actually works. We'll see with the prototype.
In my mind I just need to slightly tweak the hole locations and they should work but who knows!

So I was just on the couch drawing this up cause I thought it was cool and I really wanted them.
Not trying to capitalize on it. I uploaded the file to the public so it's open source. Anyone do what you want with it!

Yeah, I don't mind making a batch as I'm sure many others will just DIY it

So far it seems like what, 10 people?

Hoping to cover those in this thread showing interest, I hope to offer a set ready to go

Do you weld? I do, but I ask because you mentioned nuts being welded onto some parts and I can knock it out if need be

We'll talk in PM about what size hardware will be needed and what holes are factory specific to the truck and which ones aren't

For anything requiring drilling into the truck, the only concern is making sure there's clearance for the hardware used

    Hi,
I checked send cut send for pricing $108 plus tax shipping included that includes bending the part and 2 of everything. It is cut out of 0.104 thick mild steel.

If I can get my 11x17 printer working I can print a paper set and see how it fits a 2.5 gen
Thanks for the time - both the CAD smith & the cutter outer
