Man they change policy in the prison literally daily, I have no idea how any DOC employee knows what to do without a live updating policy handbook on them at all times

Well, there's a number of names (different industrie from what I've seen but I think terminal blocks or gang box connectors or the sort

Normally used for, well what you're doing, routing power/data cables for say DIY cnc stuff, and more

The rail is called DIN rail. And you can get a get different things that clip on it like those terminal blocks and breaker pictured

 

Terminal blocks appear to be Phoenix Contact #3044102, (red piece is a jumper bar, PN 3030349) breaker PN should be on it, and the far left appear to be the fused version of the terminal blocks, possibly #3046090. There is more than likely another red jumper under the fuse holder on the top side of the fuse. Fuses will be 5x20mm, a good part number is a Mersen GDG_ (fill in the blank with the amperage). Appears that Relay 1 is what turns on both fans, I imagine relay 1 is controlled by a panel thermostat.


Could be wrong on all that, take it with a grain of salt.

Edit: Terminal blocks are for the neutral wires, fused blocks for the control power distribution. Relay 1 must be used as a master control relay.

 

Yup. I've had to wire some of those that had well over a hundred wires, while a pain in the ass, it's quite brilliant of a system.

And your boss has a CNC table so...easily cut out and make sub panels yourself

A box brake is pretty cheap since you'll just have to bend thin stuff

 

Nah they just have a plasma table or whatever you have

You can cut stainless, mild, galvanized, aluminum, all on a plasma table
