    Appreciate it.

FWIW, dual exhaust would be absolute overkill for these trucks.

A single 3” run will support 600-800hp all day long when things are designed properly.

That’s where the Y pipe comes in. With properly designed runner length it is tuned to scavenge exhaust gasses. Meaning as one pulse leaves one bank, it’s sucking the gasses from the opposing.

The equal length can and will do more than a dual exhaust ever would. There is virtually no restriction with this Y pipe.

The thread hasn't been bumped in a while but, FWIW, this was (is?) the place for loaning/borrowing/selling/buying S/C parts, tools, etc.

About to throw a 2.7 pulley on my truck.
    255 fuel pump
Currently in the 10s WOT with 2.85

Any cons to quick change hubs? URD in particular.

I think most here would agree the quick change hubs are the way to go. If you’re still looking for a 2.7 I have a new URD I’d be willing to let go of.

Has anyone placed meth injection on a stock airbox?

    Anyone inject post TB?

The 2 ports for evap and brake booster are tempting to use if possible

You don't need meth for 2.7 imo but it would help with intake charge temps. And seems like you're not in a state with shitty gas.

I can't leave anything well enough alone
question: when you inject meth, or 50/50 meth and water, you certainly get lots of charge cooling, but the meth is also fuel. Are you relying on the computer to take fuel away during injection, (which it won't during open loop operation right?), or are you just good with the extra fuel and the lower AFR number as a result? Why not just water, which will still give a huge cooling benefit but not change the AFR. I'm just looking for a small amount of education here, without doing tons of research myself. Yes... I'm asking to be spoon fed a bit...

Hi Guys, I want to clarify is it true on 2nd gen if you put SC with TRD standard tune it will delete SAI system basically you don't need the SAI system again. it's been couple weeks suddenly I got my engine light is on from nowhere and the code is P2441,P2443 and P2445 which all those code about SAI system and put my taco on limp mode. Should I do go to different tune?. Thank you guys,

The answer to this question is no. I ran TRD tune for a short period, during which SAI remained functional. Moreover, I believe TRD tune is legal in Commiefornia, where I'm sure SAI deletion is not. IMO, something other than the TRD tune is amiss.

On a standard TRD tune, you are not deleting anything to do with the SAI system. You still have the pump, and the tubing installed. It still runs on shutdown. If you are throwing a code for SAI, it's most likely an SAI fault.

I would say that the trd tune deletes the circuit for the VSV for the intake manifold tuning runners.
That connector gets tucked away when the supercharger goes on.
