Yeah. The AC is a bit different. The fuse also goes to the Air Mix and Air Vent sevos.

My bad. I tried to edit my old post, I end up delete it.
But your bio said 2023 TRD Pro, you past warranty already? Unless pre-order from 2022?

Relays first, Not likely to be the issue. But super easy to pull.
Then the Blind Stops sensors at the rear bumper.
Then the Radar under the hood
Then in the dash to AC.

Have you pulled the mag clutch relay yet and tried again?

Reach down and try to disconnect the connector at the a/c clutch. It's a common place to have a short. I'd sacrifice another fuse or two checking that before I got crazy with a test light setup..

Just pull the mag clutch relay. That should isolate the clutch magnet make it impossible to close the circuit and see if the fuse blows

He said he pulled the relay, and it still blew.
Pulling the relay should have killed the circuit to the clutch.

What about the ignition switch itself? Can the electrical portion be removed easily and examined? like a Honda I wonder? If there's metal touching metal in there that shouldn't be it would blow main fuses. Those ignition switches get used a lot throughout the life the vehicle, stuff can get crispy inside

But it's probably best to keep following Tn's advice and keep checking circuits at the fuse box to narrow it down

Did you check the rear wiring harness? Tow harness cables etc.

I remember seeing a post about something back there shorting out causing issues awhile back.

@Technique ive checked the rear bumper sensors and saw a little damage on the protective coat of the wires and disconnected them and the 10A still blew but I'm thinking its probably somewhere back there so ill do more investigating. Thank you for your input!

That fuse doesn't go to wires back there.
It only turns the Batt Chg relay on/off. And the relay is under the hood.

FWIW, if you unplug all the stuff linked to that fuse and it still blows. You have wiring issue.
But let's hope that is not the case. As that can be no fun to hunt down.

The fuse get's power from the IG1 No 2 Relay, Ignition Switch isn't involved other than turning the relay on.
