It's interesting to see how ancient the 2007 Hilux was inside. Things like a mechanical brake proportioning valve on the rear axle and the dime-sized access hole on the steering wheel are more common with late '90s Toyotas.

Do the diff breather extension. It's done the same way as 2nd/3rd gen, except things are on the passenger side.

 

I'm gonna start by not sinking it.

We did have Tacos tonight...soft shell with diced onions jalapeños cilantro lettuce sour cream cheese and habenaro hot sauce and fresh lime...but I have no pics! Sorry !
