Does the 24 Pro come with a bed mat????

Does the black interior come with any carbon fiber overlay trim?

 

No bed mat. I modified my Gen 3 bed mat and it works fine. I have a Retrax cover so you can't see it. My red interior has some carbon fiber overlays so I'm assuming the black has it as well.

If you are getting into the truck expecting a race car you will certainly be disappointed. however, I feel personally the truck plenty of power especially compared to the last gen. If I had to say what I think the truck "feels" like I would have to say it's like a smoother certainly more powerful 3rd gen Tacoma. enthesis on it still very much being a Tacoma. the engine sound at low speaks is great that cat back exhaust is nice, but as you get up to speed it's not going to be near as noticeable as the v6.

 

I have not I'm hoping to play around with it this week. I'm a full-time mechanic with three kids lol so time to use the offroad truck is limited. Still very thankful nonetheless.

 

the ridged lights are a factory extra and in my opinion over price. they were 700ish.

 

my truck came with bed liner pre-installed. as for the interior there is indeed some "carbon fiber" trim.

 

Is it bed liner or is it just the composite bed you're seeing

 

it's an actual bed liner. Toyota started doing it this gen.

-spray in bed liner
-tonneau cover
-a charger kit
-mud guards

it's actually pretty nice. my father has a ford with a spray in liner from the dealer and this feels much better its actually kind of rubbery.
Its 575$ I would say its wroth it but that might just be preference.

 

I would leave that thing bone stock unmolested......just service and enjoy it as is...

 

I don't plan on doing anything further. I personally wouldn't have ordered the truck with any of those things, but Toyota builds the trucks and alcoates them to dealers so you kind of get what you get unless you are very patient. fortunately, my dealer doesn't do any mark ups or dealer installs unless you request them.

 

It will be interesting to see how it holds up over time.

 

Not well, the Tundra guys ones are chipping, stupid imho its a composite bed and your gonna try to adhere spray on liner to it? Defeats whole purpose, just another way to maximize profits.

 

I'm sure it will hold up just as well as any other bed does. remember those commercials back about 15 years ago when ford started using aluminum? chevy would drop stuff in them and dent it. I've had a 2023 f150 with aluminum, a 1997 f150 with steal and 2 3rd gen Tacoma's with composite. I can say with confidence unless you do crazy stuff, they all work about the same.
