Might be old news. I haven't be up to date on this thread.
Anyways DPS has a 2024 GMG Chevy Camaro they've been using on the 101 in the Scottsdale area. Not a UC car but fully decked out patrol car. They must be replacing the the Dodge Challengers with Camaros.

 

Office Max store (not the entire chain) at I-10 and Ray Rd is closing. I scored 2 big-black (for documents) cartridges for $2.00 each and a set of 3-color and 1-small-black (photos) for $12.00.

 

If it's stupid but it works...



Holding my porch together with a ratchet strap until I can find someone to come fix it. Stupid thing is anchored in with bolts on top and then some kind of rivet or nail at the bottom, and I don't want it to pull out of the house.

... any handyman want a project?

The other side is riveted onto the house itself and I'm not prying at a rivet into my actual home. If it was just the pillar I'd probably give it a tug.

So we moved here a year ago because my wife is active duty Air Force, but we decided we like it so much that we're going to put down roots and stick around. We'll likely need to rent it out for a couple of years (2027-2029) while we go on one last tour, but then come back here for good. We close 8/1, I'm excited, and I just wanted to share. I asked about A/C companies the other day and already have one lined up that came in thousands cheaper than others. Shout out to J&M Cooling.
