Amazing, glad to hear it was only minor damage after all that! Be sure to re-tighten those lugs after 100 miles and/or after doing obstacles or long stretches of washboard. An ounce of prevention and all that. Have fun on the trails!!

An hour of diag, an hour to replace lugs and studs, plus the hardware cost... I guess that about adds up to roughly 600.

    Big whew

Gonna check in while I have service. Met up with Brian yesterday 7 am. Hit the Alpine Loop end to end. Pics will be out after I get home. Today we were s'posed to do Imogene Pass, but we made a wrong turn and ended up doing Yankee Boy Basin, which runs into Imogene. Was a cool wrong turn. Locals couldn't believe I didn't lockers. Plans changed and he went visit the wife's friends in Teluride. I took the scenic route back to camp via Ophir Pass. It is a very on the edge shelf road. As luck would have, I met a Ford coming down as I was going up. I was near a very small turn out and we made it work. I have pics cause it was narrow with death inches away. Weather has been in low 70s.

Pretty sure I can do that. You thinking somewhere southeast or west? Remember the RNC is going on and roads around and through downtown will be closed. I am not looking forward to my work commutes next week. I know I have to be in Grafton Monday, gonna try to talk my boss into letting me stay south of downtown the rest of the week.

Good point! I'm not seeing much in my area. There's one at Minooka park in Waukesha. Could be worth checking out.

Otherwise, I'd be happy with the usual spot.

Although, that still sucks for anyone considering coming from further west or north.

I think I'll still do a cookout at some point.

Considering I missed the last one, I am also in for either location as long as nothing comes up again:fingerscrossed:

@Stoney Ranger glad to hear ALF is still in one piece. Talked to Hugo and we're bringing them along to Tigerton for the real stuff. Try not to break anything else until then

Count me in. I don't care which location, y'all decide and tell me where to go.

Sounds like you are having a good time and good weather, that's awesome! Excited to see pics later and enjoy the trip!

Ahh OK now I see it. Maps are hard.

Next Thursday is fine for me, actually looks like cooler weather anyways. I probably won't be there until closer to 6 unless I get real lucky with traffic but that's my loss not yours lol.
