For the TRX lights I imagine the sport/pro owners can place them in the scoop only.

I’ve had it on my Tacoma and 4Runner for years without any issues. Even crossed state lines with both before.

 

Still something they can ding you on if they wanted to.

If OP uses flashing red, (or oscillating for that matter) then it's illegal. But solid red, it's fine. Some states allow solid colors on front.

I have blue leds in my fogs for years. No issues.

 

Well, when raptor light fail, they do flicker

 

Replace them. Or you got defective item.

 

Yeah It’s a solid color they don’t flash/strobe or change.
