    not enough.
i have a leatt enduro which works mostly good. it sits a tiny bit funny in half shell mode but in full face mode it feels pretty good and secure. the chin bar does feel a littttttle too close to my mouth/chin and i'm not sure what the ideal distance is there.

i've tried on the tld stage but my lips were literally touching the chin bar.
fox proframe is a great fit and great option

bell super dh or super air are also great fits and super comfy. just gotta find the right sizing.
I do have a bell super dh size L i need to post. sometime. hahahah. as well as a fox proframe clyzo size L.

I've got a Fox ProFrame. I find it super comfortable and don't mind climbing with it too much when I'm on a trail that required some fullface protection.

Recently wanted to change up my pedals. Wasn’t sure if I wanted the TMACs or new Supervillain. Ended up choosing the SV.
I ride duck footed and my feet typically end up almost half way off the pedals at times. With the SV I’m centered 90% of the time.
Grip on both are insane. Same concave, but different feel underfoot. The TMACs cradle more, the SV has more pin grip. But I think if you screwed the middle pins in it would feel the same.
I like the finish on the SV more. Shape, color, machining. They are also longer. Axle length is also longer, since it goes to the edge of the pedal.
    Anyways, pics to show.

They replaced my Tenets. You can really see the difference in build quality here…

Have the regular union flats. Best shoe I've used to date.
Where'd you find them on sale?

On Fox's website, they had a 4th of July sale. It ended already though. Thanks for the feedback. Can't wait to try these out!

Its posted. Also if someone happens to be west coast close enough to reno and wants some suspension and tires and or sliders I'm open to a back to stock swap with some cash on your end too.

Thanks for the side by side. I've been on TMACs for a few years and really like them but I also ride kind of duck footed. A lot of my foot hangs off when things get rough sometimes so I might have to give the SVs a try.

I had to buy Deity Black Kats when one of my composite OneUp’s failed at Grand Targhee several years ago. Luckily I was at a bike park with a shop, though the ride down the mountain on one pedal and one slick spindle was a bit hairy. Unfortunately they weren’t cheap, but there weren’t too many choices (and no OneUp bearing kit) in stock. I haven’t used them much but recently put them on my new gravel bike. I love the feel but they are a bit wide for the lower BB of the gravel bike and I’m getting a lot of pedal strikes. I also carry spare pedals on long out-of-town trips. A pair of hand-me-down Kona composites that are super grippy but also wide.

I've had Deity Bladerunners forever now, and my shins can show they hold up to their name. VERY sticky on the feet.

Recently moved over to the ANVL pedals from Transition on my Spur and I've been very pleased with them as well.

    Noice review.

I actually really want a set of these. I've always been mr. anti-expensive pedals but I know Diety makes good stuff, and they're excellent people I can get behind based on past experiences. Guess I better dust off the old swipe-a-roni.

Im going to add on top of the pedal talk and mention I ordered a shorter crankset to help reduce with pedal strikes. Just standard GX dub boost 165s. Currently running a straight left and bent right NX crankset. It's bent just enough for the inside of my heel to occasionally hit the rear triangle when pedaling.. Im looking forward to giving these a shot next week. :fistbump:

Nothing beats a fresh set of diety pedals and new freeriders.

I hear not wanting to spend $$$ on pedals. They get trashed and generally get the job done. But, I'm willing to support good people making good products that support mountain biking. Honestly, the Tenets are awesome. And yeah, the SV are better. But 2x$$ better? I dunno. I guess it depends on where you want to spend your money.
I generally spend most of my $$ on tires, suspension, brakes, frame, wheels, then the other niceties, in that order.
I also know that my time aboard the bike keeps me sane, my family happy, and generally makes me happier. So, I allocate accordingly.

With the gnarlier World Cup XC courses, 130/120 will be the new XC very soon.

I think on some courses they’re running 2.4 tires. Isn’t that what DH bikes use? Just a few years ago the commentators (I miss Rob ) would talk about who was using full suspension, and who was willing to add a few grams for a dropper. Now it’s pretty much all full susp, though not all riders use droppers.
