the full size bar will fit, as there's no build difference between my '18, and your '23. i installed the full width bar. it just needs to sit right above the bumper. but offers better visibility anyways. before finishing it, i even verified with the spare tire tools that i have access..

but otherwise, the rest of the two-piece designs all appear to target the 60" full size market.

    none yet
I see a lot of these bars with dead emitters (don't know brands, just what I see driving around)
I like the concept but don't trust the reliability

    agreed.

i'm on my second opt7 bar. in deep-diving into the companies and warranties, i've realized they all suck. opt7 warranties DOA, but otherwise, if it fails after a week or a year, your SOL unless purchasing the additional extended warranty, but that's only applicable on one warranty exchange-- the warranty would need to be re-purchased for the replacement to be covered.

the other companies aren't much better. opt7 is slightly better, they're a little more 'old school' where they seem to want to build up their specific brand name and slightly care about their brand image, where most others are 'turn-n-burn' operations that will sell anything to anyone, and as soon as things go sideways, they'll kill the brand faster than old yeller and start a new brand selling the same thing.

i like the styling, i just don't think it's thermally-effective for the led's. if this bar dies on me, i'll end up building my own...
