I’m on simvastatin and get yearly calcium screenings. But this is only every now and then.

 

Yea this week I'm on vacation so my diet is totally out the window. Got burgers for tonight.

Probably will gain 5 back of the 20 I've lost

They put me on a cholesterol medication, but it had some adverse affects so I still gotta focus on diet.

 

No but I need one. Didn’t sleep good, got up early and been busy today

 

My feet cramp from the medicine, but it’s kept my heart clean and free from plaque so I’m good with it.

 

I would take that side affect. Me, I stayed in the bathroom all day at work. And let me tell you, that toilet paper ain't kind

Thought it was a fluke, but it was like that all week. Stopped taking it and all back to "normal"

I threw in the painting towel for the day again. My gallon can is gone and I'm hot so it seemed like a good time to stop. Gotta make a HD run for refill.

But first, all the clothes are still sitting there not washed.

 

I always throw my laundry in at 5:30am, so nice and early. Everything will be dried and folded by 8am. So, it doesn't get put off for later

Dude it's rough, let me tell you. Don't judge, but I keep a pack of wipes in my locker!

I use similar paper, just thinner, at home due to my aging septic system and two women that go through a roll almost daily. Its been rough

 

That side affect sounds not fun!

 

I’ve tried 4 or 5, atorvastatin put me on the couch quick with no energy to do anything. Maybe try some of the other statins.
