    I always used to use the antenna on my trucks to hold a spool of line when I changed it out. Put me in a pickle when I lost the antenna in the woods on the Canadian border on the Taco, the tag alders wanted it more than the truck did. Just took the dogs out more of an excuse to look at the GX and it doesn't even have an AM/FM antenna just a shark fin. Guess that is progress for you :rolleyes:

    Last time I went to a fly shop to get a new line couldn't find any double taper. The young kid (in his 40's) working said no one uses double taper anymore just weight forward. WTH?! You can't swap out ends on a WF when you wear the working end out. Guess that is progress for you :rolleyes:

    Damn kids get the hell off the lawn! More coffee....

    I have a 12’ rod, 12’ of tapered line and then however much or little of tippet I want to use.
    I’ve been stopped and had my license checked but no one’s ever said anything about my set up. And the regs only specify what type of hooks you can use and live bait vs artificial. Nothing about what that is attached to.

    Had a mild seizure last night, nothing major. Been on the phone with my neurologist, going to change up the medication and see if that helps.:angrygirl:
    So no driving the T4R for six more months, sucks but could be much worse. Stay cool folks :thumbsup:
