Purchased Toyota Certified, with Vijay bumpers, additional lights, and Falken Wildpeaks on Fuel rims. Prev owner apparently painted the grill.
Instructions unclear, requesting clarification. Can I go with the cheap ones, or do I have to spend the extra coin?

    I drive a Miata.

We were 22 days without during Ike. It sucked. But oh man, did the neighbors band together. Our next-door was a mobile reefer mechanic and had a full welding generator setup on his work truck. Every night he would get home and run extension cords to all the neighbors. That guy was the king of the cul de sac for years. Everyone else would take turns cooking things on the largest pan they had, and the rule was to take your share and pass the pan next door. In the evenings, the houses were too stagnant to sit in (and there was nothing to do anyway), so we all sat our chairs on the sidewalk and chatted until dark. It was a pretty good system.

I need to pick your brains about making blackberry wine. We have too many berries. Cannot eat them fast enough. But sweet desert wine for me and mrs would be nice.

Unfortunately I hate wine. I do cider occasionally, 12-13 cans of apple juice concentrate in a carboy, fill to 5gal with RO water and ferment with Ale yeast. It dries out as it sits in the keg, so I sometimes backsweeten with another can of juice concentrate if it isn't consumed quickly.

My 10gal electric raspberry Pi controlled RIMS system burned in a house fire last year, along with the PC that had 20 years of my beer smith recipes....

I’ll be happy to ask the actual wine maker. I do bottling and all the shipping and processing the grapes. They have the actual expertice

I got to visit a rum distillery last spring here in GA (they grow their own sugar cane too). One of the neatest sights was seeing their barrel warehouse. Their Port cask rum is my favorite.
