I spent 15yrs in the field troubleshooting and optimizing nat gas engines and compressors but I now work for Waukesha Engines as the lead remote operations analyst. Basically I remotely monitor nat gas engines and diagnose or predict problems.

It might be since its not a "row" cooler or whatever you would call it.

I bought a Hayden which is the row design and it came with zero documentation, but others of the same design had feed at bottom and return at top. I feel like feed should always be at the top so I was second guessing everything, but I finally just installed with feed at the bottom as the diagram shows. Will find out this weekend if temps stay cooler.

I assumed feed was at the top also. I just reached out to Mishimoto and will report back what they say.

I have worked with a lot of great engineers in my years and a couple of absolute idiots who give engineers a bad name! Sadly the couple of idiots generally stand out more than the great ones. Keep in mind that “we” all have to work together to build the future and just cause it looks good on paper doesn’t mean it will work.

Mishimoto confirmed that either port can be the inlet or outlet.

When the h3ll did fluid changes become so expensive? My usual shop quoted me $600 for both diffs, xfer case, and manual trans. Can't imagine what the dealer charges. A few weeks ago I had a quick lube place quote me $160 for an oil change in my wife's car too. What the actual f? When did that happen? Decided to do them all myself. Fluids for my truck were about $180, fluids for the wife's car were about $60.

I ended up needing 6 and change qts for my diffs and maybe 3.5 quarts for my trans and xfer case. Skid plates weren't as bad as I remember taking them off either.

Got it all done in the Arizona sun too, ha.

Bilstein 6112 front / 5100 rear (extended) shocks, Headstrong AAL, Firestone airbags, 4.88 gears, OME Carrier bearing drop kit, Aluminum 1/4" skids (engine to transfer). Custom sliders (1.75" HREW tube w/ 3/16" base plates). Custom front bumper and high clearance rear bumper (1/4" steel plate, 1.75" tube.) Apex 5500 winch w/synthetic line (36lbs) and required accessories for an underpowered winch (snatch blocks and extra line.) Tekonsha P3 brake controller, remote start, any-time-backup camera w/ front facing camera, Leer 100R shell (w/e-track single slot tie-down mounts for removable Yakima EasyTop.) Cat shields by CaliRaised. Husky liners, window tint, heated seat (passenger only.) Relentless bed rail brackets with QuickFists (shovel/axe/fire extinguisher.) Hondo Garage Un-holey vent mount. Anytime rear with front facing camera. Billet front seat risers. Viair 88p. 265/75r16 Goodyear Ultra-terrain tires.
The desert-does-it seat jackers are a must have imo for 3rd gen users without power seats.

I'm unsure of the benefit if the truck already has the ability to adjust the seat height/angle (like on your 2023 Off-road.)

Nice work! Yeah, the skid plate for me is always the biggest time sucker when changing oil. I really think it's worth spending a bid more for a skid with the hatches for oil and filter, like the TRD, RCI, and CBI (in order of price lol)

Got my alignment at R4T today (sorry ToyTec... I'm impulsive... Also I still need to cancel my appointment with you)

Numbers are good, they said I didn't fuck anything up majorly. We're done! Minor tweaks here and there, mods down the line. But, we're done.
