I feel you. Working down the third cup as we speak. I keep telling myself to go to bed earlier but then, I don't. I am hoping I get to sleep in this coming week

I rarely eat breakfast. The hunger motivates me to get to lunch.

I had my first ever chiropractor appt yesterday and feel the same way. Also apparently I have mild scoliosis so that's cool

Ice for 15 mins when you get home, do your stretches the next morning, and you'll feel more mobility

Yeah he warned me I might feel like I just went to the gym and did weights for the first time in my life the next morning and I think he was right, except I'm sore in places I've never been sore before lol.

Most of what he did and recommended to me were stretch exercises though, my left hip has been killing me lately making me limp around at times. My hip flexors are the tightest he's ever seen and he was astonished that I was able to even play goalie in hockey which I thought was kind of funny. But I haven't played since River was born and maybe that's why they have been getting worse this year...haven't been working them/stretching them at all.

    Oh for sure

My daily routine consists of waking up on my back, and bring a leg over and holding it there and switching it up to start stretching the lower back

Getting up I stretch upwards grabbing the doorway opening

You have to otherwise you're in even more pain the remainder of the day

That's me everyday for the last 10+ years :bananadead:

He actually told me that ideally I should do pilates and asked me if I knew what that was. I was like...I might know someone...

Yeah the doorway stretches were recommended too, as well as one of those massage/Theragun things that beat the shit out of your muscles, which Rebecca also has. I just need to accept that I'm getting old and start doing them

the scoliosis thing doesn't surprise me that much because I know it's genetic and runs on my mom's side. My sister had it so severely as a kid they had to break a growth plate in her leg when she was 12 to keep it from growing faster than the other one.

Shiiit forgot about that, you mentioned your sister before having that

The theracane does work though really way, I've got one too

Don't use it often but it comes in handy for that sudden moment where you get a sharp pain and the area feels "tough"

So you massage it through with your theracane

I don't have any control on the department of corrections networks. Only on our internal one for education

Found a spicy yakisoba noodle thing in the cabinet at work, no one claimed it so it's a feast for Zoidberg!
