It's not looking good for the liver.. not one single positive review when this is over I might still never have had it haha

Not looking forward to sleeping tonight. There was the storm 2 nights and last night, big fight between our two bonded cats. They’ve never fought like that before and it was pretty unnerving. Just as I was starting to fall asleep again, a carbon monoxide alarm started with the chirp of a low battery.. Yeah, I know, I probably should’ve changed it a while back…
All told, I was probably up from 12:30 -4:00 then up at 6:00.
Not a complaint, just sharing some misery.

It has two front FUCs and a rear FUC.

 

I didn't want to sound like a smart aleck about the liver but I was gonna say let it sit out two hours and then toss it in the trash.

 

Make sure you grease the pan you are cooking it in so it will slide out into the trash easier

 

Grill some, pan fry some, air fry some. I’m sure if you find the right seasoning and marinade you can get the flavor right!

Liver is just way too rich (dark? bloody tasting?) for me. I lump liver in with heart, goose and duck...all tastes the same to me.

 

I'll box some up! I'll make sure it's thawed when I ship it so it can be perfectly aged on arrival

 

I don't mind goose, so maybe I'll be able to eat liver
