Where have you found the right settings with the adjusters? I'm trying to dial them in, in the following…
    - washboard roads
    - fast hard pack
    - fast whoops
    - crawling
    - highway / city

I don't think there are any set and stone rules, probably all gonna come down to personal comfort.

I for one, would be way to Lazy to change every time the surface I was driving on changed

There's no right or wrong settings, it all comes down to preference and comfortability and varies based on your setup. I've had 2.5s (front and rear) on my truck for almost 2 years and driven both slow technical trails and faster whoops but generally faster=firmer (more damping) and slower=softer (less damping). But remember, that's not necessarily the speed of your vehicle but the speed of the shock compression. Just play around with different settings in different situations and you'll eventually find what settings work best on what terrain for you.

If you want a more direct answer to your question, my settings are roughly:
-washboard roads: around 15 clicks or firmer
-fast hard pack: around 15 clicks or softer
-fast whoops: around full closed (firmer)
    -crawling: around full open (softer)
-streets: 11 clicks from full open

*I believe the 2.5s have around 30 or so clicks*

    Hope this helps!

This was great, thanks I’ll try them out. I head to Baja later this month!

Nothing wrong with non-adjusters. Most people don't even need adjusters, like me, it's just a nice touch. If you get non-adjusters tuned to your offroad needs, then that's really all that you need.
