I mean when you are flexing on the curb at the mall for cars and coffee you are probably right. Otherwise out on the dirt you most likely will only be covered in dust or still trying to figure out how to adjust your Fast and the Furious seats.

Toyota and Taco fan here that hasn't driven a Taco 4th gen Pro OR a Ranger Raptor (I own a 3rd gen Taco and a 2 door Bronco.)

From my perspective the ICE only V6 twin turbo 3.0 is a more performance and off-road oriented solution than the 4 cylinder with hybrid. They're both VERY nice (and expensive) midsize trucks.

Why can't we just say they are both nice trucks and hug it out? I'd be happy with a TRD Pro, I went a different route. It doesn't make my truck better or worse than the other guys.

Clown ? Maybe you should try posting correct grammar so we can understand you.
“I just picked up a Ranger Raptor.”
    How about “ordered” ?

They're just butthurt that you got far more value for your money. The RR is a better truck than the TRD Pro, hands down.

Saw a Pro today for the first time and I'll just say the look AWESOME!!!! The Ranger Raptor has a nice spec sheet but it just doesn't look that special.

I happen to think Tacomas (and Tundras) have gotten progressively uglier and uglier since 2016. And the engines keep getting worse too. Of course, this is just MY opinion. I have owned 8 Toyota trucks and wouldn't even consider one now. I'll just buy something else and warranty it for as long as I can and get rid of it before the warranty runs out.

Not sure how the new 2.4T is worse than the 3.5 V6? More power, torque and better MPG.

They finally went with bigger fender flares which I have been saying all along looks great on these trucks. The standard ones on the 3rd look too mallish.
Nobody listened to me when I said it, but here it is now and people like it.
