I mean yeah. I'll look at what paint is out there. If anything is simple that works as primer, paint, clear

maybe a bedliner type of product, even better if it brushes on to avoid dealing with fumes and overspray. Do it on the floor on a cheap disposable tarp. Durable finish hopefully looks good and cheap.

what's everybody think about Charlotte, areas inside of it, and compared to outskirts?

did research. Have some thoughts. Thinking Charlotte is the place to be.
    Just curious what y'all think

heard it also depends on priorities

currently on the outskirts of it within driving distance and I definitely notice a difference compared to actually being in Charlotte

Depends on your age, and what you consider outskirts.

I would rather live somewhere calm and quiet and drive into Charlotte to "go out"

Depending where you're coming from you may have way different definitions of outskirts.

I've lived in Southpark, Pineville, Wesley Chapel, Monroe, and Midland. It all depends on what you value. If you want to be in the hustle and bustle of the city, then live in Southend or NoDa. If you want to live near certain amenities(ie, WWC, Lake Norman, Lake Wiley, Speedway, etc.) then obviously factor that in. I've always lived on the outskirts because I'm a country person. I prefer the quiet, no crime, and little traffic outside of commuting into the city. As a younger man, Southpark was cool because I could walk to the bars and stagger home. My commute was 10 minutes because I worked at the hospital. Charlotte traffic sucks, so make sure you factor that in too. Good luck.

what about 980? there are PLENTY of apartments going up. I can look out of my office and see no less than 5 contraction sites with high-rise apartments being built.
I also work next to the largest section 8 housing in Charlotte, so that's fun.
