Sherpa roof rack! Pretty stoked on how this is coming out. Surf trip this week with the homies. All I need now is the finish my system. Rear buildout and 6112 when the warranty is up.

Dash design dash cover had a buddy cut the speakers out because it muffled the sound so much.

Got my drawer build out done. Look up overlandwoodworks on ig in SoCal does a great job.

 

Super clean. What did you make them out of? What was the process? I need to re-do my curtains a bit and yours seem to be a perfect fit

 

So they are made out of just fabric and reflectix (sunshade) material and boat snaps.
Process is fairly simple.
Make your outline I did it with cardboard.
Then cut the reflectix to those shapes. I did 3 per window because I have windoors and wanted to be able to open one at a time. After your reflectix is done cut some fabric spray glue it on. I had someone sew them on too and put the boat snaps on those. Then drilled the boat snaps into the metal frame on my indoors. That was the scariest part because I didn’t want to brake the frame or glass.
