This right here is precisely why I do not recommend the URD stealth pulleys to anyone and explicitly left it out of page 1 of the mods when I was building the Uber long bible (which I'm aware needs updating, my apologies on the lag in that men). I dealt with the exact same issue you and many others before and after us have and will. This is why I recommend only qwikchange pulleys at this point. 2 piece assembly. Relatively painless to press on. Money.

Was there any downside to PulleyBoys other than the gaudy etching of their logo?

Smoothflow is the best option for a qwikchange hub for these blowers. The fitment only requires you press the pulley flush to the shaft unlike Pulleyboys whose pulley hub requires you go past the shaft face in order for it to line up properly to the rest of the drive pulleys. I believe it was a QC problem at the time, but I don't know if they ever rectified the issue.

Caught a really odd oil change that was jelly and sludge. Had me stumped for a few days. Went and checked fluids and found sc reservoir oddly low... seems the previous owner failed to have the lid to ic o rings serviced. Now I know where those two from the rebuild kit go. Thankfully the truck isn't fairly driven and started up everyday and moved around. This could've been catastrophic in most cases. Definitely a pita to get a perfect bead and line up the ic slot with the housing tabs.

My thoughts exactly. I'm trying to remember how it's assembled to wrap my brain around which way the shaft would move.

Correction on my post, you would press the pulley side bearing on the shaft with something to support the coupler plate.

A compression spring drops in the coupler side, then the shaft/coupler plate. The pulley side bearing presses onto the shaft afterwards.

Damnit now I'm worried. I've got a spare nose drive rebuild kit.

Which fuel filter? Just the external with the URD fuel pump kit/similar? Or that nicer screw on type with the an fittings?

    OK,
Did you notice any driveability issues/differences between the TRD 455cc and the FiCs? Idle still smooth, nothing erratic?
If I am remembering, you have meth, cams and cam gears, open intake/exhaust? And what pulley size?

i was tuned for them the day they were installed. stock cams due to mishap. 2.3 pulley. runs great, never knew a diff between stock and fic. just not maxing out my fuel system now. before i was at near full duty cycle at wot.

I have had some concerning codes pop up three times now on my supercharged truck. P0171 and P0174 – Fuel Trim Too Lean on banks 1 and 2. One time I had P0101 Mass Airflow Circuit and P1605 Rough Idling appear at same time, but not the other two times. Other than these codes truck is driving super well. I had the fuel pressure regulator changed a while back to fix a problem I was having on startup. My AFR gauge runs at 14.6/14.7 ish.

Running TRD Tune, AFE Momentum Intake to Snorkel, URD Fuel Pump upgrade with AEM 320 E85 Compatible fuel pump and check valve recommended here.

Haven’t seen mention of these codes on this thread. Is something wrong with my fuel system, tuning issue or what else should I be investigating? Any suggestions appreciated!

    I'd start with the MAF.

Easy to forget the engine and software is still working like a stock truck under all the performance mods.

THe momentum gt intake requires a maf scale. That's the source of your codes.

Yes, seeing all these horror stories about this pulley caused me to promptly return it and go with smoothflow.

Signal manipulation to fool the ecu into doing what you want.

    Or

Calibrate the ECU to the intake and handle it natively in the ecu. (While addressing and improving other areas of the calibration)
