    That was an awesome movie. And yet so many people have never seen it. Mike Myers as the dad though… :rofl:

    The weight needed to go and I eat pretty healthy so I knew that the empty calories from the alcohol weren’t doing me any favors. I just didn’t realize how much the alcohol was affecting my health and I feel so much better now I wish I would have quit long ago.

    glad you’re doing better too. Not sure how much you’ve lost but for the heck of it you should load up a backpack with the equivalent weight and try walking around for a bit. Eye opening when all of it is added back on to your body all at once.

    Today is shaping up better.
    Had to loop back through town to get gas and thought while I was here I’d check out the campground that was my initial destination last night…one spot was open and it happens to be one of the nicer spots with lots of shade. So I just got done unloading the camper and am chilling and finishing my coffee. Art festival in town this weekend so I’ll check that out tomorrow. Still in the no campfire zone but there is a nice ice cream shop here so I think I’ll survive without s’mores

    My heaviest was 319 lbs. I've maintained 250 lbs give or take a few for almost a year and a half now. For reference that's about what I weighed when I retired from active duty 15 years ago.

    I'm so happy today is looking up for you. I love it when a plan comes together.
