    ARE MX, mud flaps, radio knobs, floor mats
    The panhandle is still beautiful and a slower pace for the most part, relatively affordable compared to south Florida but it’s starting to catch up. The Big Bend area, Port St. Joe, Apalachicola to Ceder Key is still “sleepy, old school NW Florida” but that’s about it anymore. Even there they have had a beach condo explosion but luckily a lot of the barrier islands are state park land so they aren’t developed. I got to agree with Mike, shhhhhh, let’s keep it a secret as long as we can.
