LS6 Swap 2nd Gen Build + New Tundra

I got absolutely no friggin' idea. But the colors are pretty. So there's that.

 

AC bulkhead fittings in the bed. These were super hard to find. They’re MIO fittings.

 

Two injectors not working properly on the lean side? If compression is good, then that should be the only culprit. Signal to them, or them.

 

I Just bought a new set of holley 48lb injectors, MSD coil packs, new holley coil pack harness, and new plug wires. This should eliminate any dead cylinder issues I have. I overnighted them. The trans dipstick got delayed until today thanks to Microsoft, but I'll get that thrown in tonight. Then, ill get my newly made ac lines back in the truck and hopefully have some cold air blowing by the end of the night.

 

So uhh..

What's the approx total cost on this build to-date? $60? ... $80? ... more?

AC hoses in the bed are all connected and tightened. Just need to change out that dipstick, put the rest of the ac hoses on, put some exhaust gaskets on, then charge everything up and see how it does!

 

Baby dipstick in. Waiting on Amazon to show up with my fluid pump so I can refill the trans with the exact amount of fluid in it.

gotta throw in some exhaust gaskets and the last 3 ac lines, and should be good to go hit the dirt again.

20 miles Offroad, the truck keeled over. Giving me TPS warnings, every single sensor on the truck reads 300* or error, won’t start, then all the sudden all the issues go away, it drives perfectly for 50 yards, then dies again. TPS issues, temp issues. Stock gauge cluster is going nuts for tach and ECT, this is even after I disconnected my ac amplifier spoofer. Something really messed up is going on and I’m not sure what. Flat towed it all the way back home.

the truck is supposed to get a center console Wednesday morning. Gonna pull all the Holley wiring out of my glovebox tomorrow morning and see if I can find anything damaged or broken. I wasn’t able to find anything conclusive about what’s going on tonight.

pic of them plugged in is just for reference, but with them all unplugged I’m still able to engage the starter on the truck.

I’m chasing what I believe is an electrical issue, but I’m not 100% certain. I’m really struggling to remember what wires are doing what and why they’re there. I’ve pulled the Holley harness out of the firewall and it’s sitting in the engine bay currently. I’m not even sure I’m gonna put the stock PCM in because obviously whatever’s plugged into it doesn’t matter?

 

Also @Dm93 or @caribe makaira Could you provide me with the instrument cluster pinout? I need L turn signal, R turn signal, headlight, high beam, fuel level, etc etc

I wanna drop this colossal headache off at some Holley technicians house and pick up a working truck…

 

This is just the truck build process. The bigger the build, the bigger the issues. You'll work through them.
