YOU CAN ONLY LIFT THE BED IF YOU HAVE AN ACCESS CAB. IT'S NOT A ONE MAN JOB. I PULL THE BED ALL THE WAY OFF AND OUT OF MY WAY. SO IT'S NOT HANGING OVER MY HEAD LIKE A FINAL DESTINATION MOVIE. LOL!
FOR YOUR QUESTION ABOUT NEEDING MORE FROM THE PUMP, MY SETUP DOES NOT REQUIRE MORE THAN A 255LPH PUMP. I HAVE TO RUN THE PRESSURE REGULATOR MOD TO SUPPORT. MY THOUGHTS IF I HAVE TO GO BACK IN THERE AGAIN I WILL PUT A 320-340 LPH PUMP IN. JUST IN CASE SOMETHING CHANGES DOWN THE ROAD AND IT REQUIRES MORE FUEL. I HAVE ALREADY BEEN IN THERE ABOUT 5 TIMES. (FUEL SUPPLY ISSUES, ENDED UP BEING A RESTRICTED FUEL LINE TO THE ENGINE BAY)
    HOPE THAT HELPS.

OK, I do have an access cab.
You just gave me another reason to want a fuel pressure sensor at the Fuel Rail.
Also may just siphon the tank and drop it like before. I had such a hard time yesterday with the fuel line "quick disconnects" I want to avoid as much of that as possible. I ended up buying a small C-Clamp that can squeeze the release buttons and lightly clamped it down. That did the trick.

Where was the fuel line restricted?

Is it totally failing? Like dead in the water? (Proverbially speaking of course) If it somewhat maybe works a little bit you can disconnect the low side line at the engine bay, and put several buckets and aim the hose into the buckets as it pumps out.

If not you can disconnect the tank main filler neck and take a siphon hose to dump it out into a bucket or gas tank and store it that way. This way the tank will be much lighter so you can do your work in changing it out.

IT WAS IN THE LINE THAT RAN FROM THE FRONT OF THE TANK ALONG THE FRAME RAIL TO THE ENGINE BAY. MY FUEL PRESSURE KEPT DROPPING OFF AT HIGH LOADS AND RPM. ABOVE 4.5-5K. RED LINE IS 6K ON MY TRUCK.

Still works, but I am not getting below ~12.2 AFR on WOT.
I sent a log to @JustDSM to see if I needed any tweaks and found Bank 1 to be a little on the lean side.
Swapped O2s, issue remained on bank 1.
Swapped injectors from side to side, remained on Bank 1.
My Wideband is on bank 2 and after moving the injectors I noticed the lean condition. I tend to monitor that and had not noticed the issue until that point. But I may have not been catching it as it only leans out in under high RPMs. I am going to swap in a new sensor and also move to the other side as a double confirmation. Avoid a false positive.
    Swapped the filter, no change.
Next would be the pump, or fuel lines.

One reason why the Bank 1 could show leaner than bank 2 is due to Bank 2 being first in line of the fuel input.

ARE YOU AT WORK OR ARE WE TALKING LOUD? I’ve removed the tank a couple of times alone in my DCSB. You just have to either strap the gas tank to the jack or have a trans jack. Empty tank works best.

That website Justin posted seems to have a cheaper price. Dunno if its legit but I did talk to the VT people on whatsapp. Here is more pics and you can see it’s very similar to magnuson but different mounting of the rotor pack in the rear. 2e9f2397-cc33-4f72-a545-4da2da310730.jpg 611b0e98-c64d-43a1-9441-419b356137c7.jpg IMG_1116.png
Also just because it’s made in china doesn’t mean it’s garbage. There is a chance though lol. I mean if they are using good rotors and bearings it should be fine. Heck this thing right here was made in China..
    IMG_1117.jpg
Aside from a few things being backwards from our other loaders this one is much better than the last one we had made in Brazil but we will see, it hasn’t even had it’s first service yet. It’s only burned 3.5 gallons of oil in 500 hours

I do like the design of the idler/tensioner bracket. Looks like a wrap mod built in somewhat and also just looks more rigid.

WELL, SINCE WE ARE ALL YELLING I MIGHT AS WELL JOIN IN ON THE FUN AS WELL.

ON A NOTE RELATED TO THE FUEL PUMP REPLACEMENT, I DID THE FUEL PUMP ON MY LONG BED ON MY OWN BY LIFTING THE BED AND USING THE FACTORY SUPPLIED BOTTLE JACK TO HOLD IT ON THE SIDE I NEEDED TO WORK ON WHEN I DID MINE. SO YOU CAN'T SAY THAT YOU CAN ONLY DO IT ON ACCESS CABS HEATH.

AS FOR THE SUPERCHARGER FROM CHINA, TWO THINGS, I LIKE THE WAY IT LOOKS MOUNTED UP ON THERE. IT LOOKS STOUT AND PRETTY WELL BUILT. THE INTEGRATED WRAP MOD ON IT BY DEFAULT IS SWEET, AND.... AND, AND, AND ITS GOT A SWEET ALL ALUMINUM THERMOSTAT REPLACEMENT ON IT THAT HELPS ROUTE THE HOUSING OUT OF THE WAY OF THE BELT WHICH LOOKS SIMILAR TO WHAT I WAS TRYING TO OBTAIN FOR OURS A FEW YEARS AGO BUT WAS HAVING A HARD TIME FINDING. THIS WILL AVOID BUSTED HOUSING DUE TO THE BELT SNAPPING, IMPROPER MOUNTING, ETC.

ALSO LOOK AT THOSE SWEET ALL ALUMINUM COOLING CROSSOVER LINES THAT SITS ON TOP OF THE BLOWER UNLIKE OURS WHERE ITS JUST THE RUBBER HOSE WHERE IT CAN CHAFF ALL OVER THE PLACE.

THE MORE WE TALK ABOUT IT, THE MORE IT LOOKS LIKE A GOOD MOVE.

My understanding was "all" double cabs the fuel pump cover is covered by the cab. You learn something new every day.
