Cautiously -- I might be getting a bit better.

I started on the nice sirloin we got on markdown and it actually came out much less mediocre than normal so I'm calling it a win. :yay:

I worked with a kid who’s uncle works at BIA (KBGR) and he said a joke the guys like to play is to throw a bottle of transmission fluid in the snow so when the blower hits it it makes a massive red streak and the guys think it’s a critter or something who fell asleep under the snow!

Added two more non running POS to the collection of projects I swear I’ll get around to sometime. Though guess technically the tractor runs, just doesn’t move.

They unfortunately don’t make them as beefy as they used too. Thankfully though they’ve learned to make it easier to take the loaders off. That was a real nightmare. The instructions were not an accurate representation of what needed done, there was no “roll tractor back away from loader”. Closer to hoist and manhandle the welded subframe out from between the axles.

Well, that sucks, I hope they get you fixed up.

Our power flickered at about 10am, and the stupid internet has been out until now. :angrygirl: The fiber guy was here last week to run cable to the house from the road, but it was too wet. :annoyed:

Different scale altogether, but the number of pop up hunting blinds I see that are abandoned gets my goat. Folks just throwing money away.

Had to get the pump out last week and really didn't enjoy carrying it, especially when it was hot. Found a pair of old mower wheels and glued them on today. I made a handle from something I found in a load of mulch that we had delivered 8 or 9 years ago. I have no idea what it's from, but I figured I'd throw it in my junk bin and use it some day. That day came today.

Edit: The red strap is from a pair of suspenders I found on our road a couple of years ago. :anonymous:

No like for that one. I’m sorry to hear. I’ve lived with knee pain since I was a 6 year old walking to kindergarten…
Never had a cap pop out but I’m nauseous just reading it

Good luck, I hope November comes quickly for you and that the fix is permanent!

Thanks! I’ve been doing that drive for over 20 years and always said I have the prettiest commute I’ve ever had! Some of it is spectacular! I’ll get some more pics when it opens up.

Some of it is along the banks and flood plains of the Connecticut River so it’s been wild seeing at various stages.

So after a few days of terrific, humidity free days in the 80s, we’re back to thick air and rain. What a PITA…. I have a gravel/lawn substitute driveway where I parked the truck. I was going to drop the skid plate to better assess the power steering situation. I hope it stops sometime just when I’m getting off work

Good morning everone, I hope you have a tremendous Tuesday :hattip:
