Finally replaced the splash guard (or whatever it is called) with a skid plate.

I've been waiting until I wanted to changed the oil, so I could install a fumoto before hand. And replaced the plastic filter housing.

Clutch accumulator delete mod, makes the truck feel great!! Was a bit of a bitch getting the top line off the accumulator but it was well worth it. Got the legit one from the guy on TW who makes them too.

My wife's 2023 Tacoma: had a shop installing an ARE Overland topper that matches the Moon Rock (light green) paint color. Everything is expensive in Alaska, to the cost was $4,313.00. Since it was expensive, I also asked them to install a Compustar G15 Pro remote starter, since the Toyota remote only allows for 10-minute runs, which is not enough to warm the engine and tranny when the temperature drops to 0 F. and colder.

You can purchase fully assembled wire harnesses with relays fairly cheap. You can then retrofit the switch you want into them. It's a given when buying a used car, I have always had to change/adjust something more to my liking.

Here is a link for a single to get you started. --

Purchased Toyota Certified, with Vijay bumpers, additional lights, and Falken Wildpeaks on Fuel rims. Prev owner apparently painted the grill.
Appreciate the link, I wish the last guy used it. Electric is easy for me, and I want to use the OEM style switches. I really want to add a SwitchPro, but can't justify the cost right now. I also bought a 50ft roll of twin lead in 14 AWG, I discovered that the wiring was done with 18, and I'm not happy with that either. I've already got lots of split loom and zip ties by the pound, so it'll get done My Way (TM).

It is definitely an experience. Some friends and I did a 10 day motorcycle trip to Ireland in 2016. First 3 or 4 days we rode around the north part of the island to end in Dublin. Hopped a plane over to Isle of Man. Watched the 600's and 1000's race. Even caught some of the doubles. That's intense too. Then back we went to Dublin to continue on to the south part of the island. Did another 3 or 4 days there. The Cliffs of Moher was my favorite spot although the Blarney Stone visit was fun too. I ended up clocking about 1500 miles on that trip. I'd love to go back.

2023 Ice Cap Limited: 2" Lift using Bilstein 5100s and 2" rear spacers (maintains rake), TRD Pro 17 x 7, 4mm offset rims, and BFG 265 65R/17 K02 tires. Tinted windows (30 front/5 back), Weathertech window deflectors, chrome tailgate letters, raptor lights, front tow shackles, and red painted OEM skid plate
My 2023 Limited that I bought last December. Just got it lifted, but here is the list of mods that I've done to date:

    1. Two inch lift front and back, using Bilstein 5100s, plus the addition of 2" blocks in back to maintain the rake.
    2. TRD 4Runner Matte Black 6-Lug Wheels; 17x7; 4mm Offset
    3. BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 Tires (32" - 265/70R17)
    4. Tintworld's "Nano Ceramic IR Plus 2-Ply Film" on front and back.
    5. Chrome 'Tacoma' lettering on tailgate

Since I lifted the truck I've put about 300 highway miles on it, and it was a smooth ride with no road noise. I thought about also adding side step or nerf bars, and possibly a bull bar in front, but decided that both are functionally useless. I think I'm done with my mods now!

Installed tailgate theft measures. All can be defeated but it will take time and may deter someone from stealing it.

    Have a great day.

Got the same one just waiting to install it once my windshield is replaced. How does it seem to stick in the heat?

Use Alien Tape. AZ heat burns things off, but it holds my dashcam easily enough. When (it will eventually if the heat holds) it falls, Alien Tape comes in 3 big rolls for $20 but you only need 1 or 2 inch section at a time. And Alien Tape "twists" off if you need to remove intentionally.
