Hello all my question is that I heard somewhere that lifting my truck will cause the diff middle bearing to go bad. Well I think they finally have. I’m getting a howling out of them. Someone told me to replace them with a bushing replacement kit but you also need the tool. Does or has anyone hear of this and if so where would I find the bushings and the tool. Thank you for any help that can be giving

The bushing fixes the a vibration issue.
A howling sounds is typically a gear set issue.

You could try the bushing, it's "cheap enough".
But howling is almost never associated with a failing needle bearing.
The needle bearing failure usually causes a vibration at 40-60 mph.

I went onto that site for the bearing or the bushing. It’s asking me a 7.5 and eight or nine does anybody or would anybody know what size I should get?
