You have issues with UPS I have issues with FedEx. Every time we get a new driver we can't get deliveries.

 

Been there and done that. Especially working various shifts schedule like me.

 

@StayinStock I have some fresh stuff from freezer burns after visit to the dermatologist this morning for the prize box. Will be packed in one gabapentin bottle for safe keeping.
Will be there in a few days.

 

Mine made it from California to Kentucky to Fargo then they dropped it.

Now I have to get ahold of Costco for a replacement that I never received. Which isn't on their "why do you need a replacement" form, of course.

 

They still remember "the bumper incident".

 

Only liked that for the humor.

I got these at Ollie's on a 15% off sale - $21.24/each. They have a motion detector too.



The ceiling is 11 feet...

Regular readers know that your cantankerous commentator doesn't get along well with ladders anymore.

 

Just....stunning!!!

 

These little hooks are tough to get screwed in - especially if one happens to be clinging to the ladder for dear life.




However, you can usually find a socket that holds them well enough and use your driver - makes the job less bad.

 

Nice! I put LEDs in the shop side a few years ago. It really brightened it up.

 

I had alleged 5000 lumen 4 foot LED fixtures there already, these are supposed to be 7500 lumen.
They were cheap enough to try.

Originally there were old 8 foot florescent fixtures - it was dark as a cave. I have put 21 25 LED fixtures in this area -- so far...

 

Mine has 4ft florescent, been meaning to upgrade for 20 years..

 

My wife and I are going to Minneapolis on Sunday for a concert so I took Monday off from work. I logged on to our system to enter my vacation time and saw I currently have 239.80 hours of vacation time available. Which means every single minute of vacation time I accrue (minus 12 minutes) for the rest of the calendar year I have to use or I'll lose it.

So I emailed my boss to tell him I was taking the entire week off.

Down side - I have painting and landscaping work to do so I'll be working harder at home than I would be at work.

 

I still have those dual 8 foot fluorescent lights fixtures, I need to catchup with the technology but the old lights been keep working

 

It’s always a plus that you have the freedom to take vacation time at your desire.
My vacation were bid at the beginning of the year, which sometimes wouldn’t be ideal to what I needed for.

 

Costco had the 2 pack of Feit shop lights on sale a while back. I bought 2 boxes. It was cheaper to buy 4 new shop lights vs all new bulbs.

A while back, Prime Hydration drinks were mentioned. I picked up some of the cherry freeze flavor yesterday. It taste's like an icee from 7/11. I don't think I'll buy Gatorade ever again. Thanks for the recommendation!

 

My wife has to have her time submitted months in advance. Kind of sucks to have to plan around that but it is what it is.
