I got new hardware for this fuel rail, but this Fast Fuel rail is just a piece of shit. The brackets don’t line up very well, and they put the rails and a crazy “cambered in” angle relative to the manifold and injectors. Can’t for the life of me get this to stop leaking.

    Sounds like altogether a mismatch.

So basically I’m running into this problem. The fast intake, has 0 documentation about how far away the mounting posts for fuel rails are. The Fast Fuel rails have 0 documentation, period.

I want to buy the radium engineering fuel rails, and they use stock mounting holes.

I also need to get a new set of lower o rings for the fast intake. Fast uses their own proprietary non OEM size o ring that I’ll need to get. I also will need a new set of uppers that fit the radium fuel rail.

Debating whether or not I tow the truck to the center console place tomorrow AM.

I still need to run a power wire from my switch pros for the rugged radio setup. And a power wire for the accessories for the center console. And a power wire for my Starlink. And organize and zip tie the engine bay wiring again. I got heat exhausted today after spending all day yesterday out there. I got pissed off and frustrated at the fuel rail situation today. You’d think fast rails would be a perfect no bs no fuss fit on a fast intake, but apparently it’s common to have serious fitment issues depending on the Injector you run. :annoyed:

Have you contacted FAST about the fuel rail issue? Do they have recommendations?

I tried yesterday but they close so early. Gonna call them here shortly. The brackets they use are just bent 3/16 steel L’s with some holes punched in them. Pretty shitty.

after I asked the dude at fast why the fuel rails fit so poorly on their own intake, he goes, yeeeeeaaah its a common thing we hear, most people just make their own brackets out of barstock...

Jumping off the fast train now, got some radium rails on the way, along with their fit/plumbing kit, and new injector upper and lower o rings, all should be here tomorrow, fingers crossed.

Thats straight up insane, and good to know not to bother with them. I'm happy with my stock ls3 intake off marketplace and holley fuel rails. everything fit perfect. probably could have just run the stock ls3 fuel rails too, but @tacotunner06 said they weren't bad ass enough.

I just don't like supporting companies that don't support their customers. I'm just gunna run the stock TB. I can't see a larger TB making much of a difference without boost to use the extra air.

I agree with you 100%. Won't be purchasing anything else from them. He tried selling me on their 1 piece oem style rail but I don’t want to be 0/2

Radium rails fit perfectly. No leaking. Got pressure backed down to 42.5psi. I think I’m gonna call it a night while I’m ahead, I had a 13 hour day at work. Started working towards my A&P. Got the weekend off, so I’ll put this thing through its paces, if everything goes well on its first test drive.

First drive went great. Issue hasn’t come back yet. First WOT pull on the transmission is awesome. Shifts super smooth.
