Ladies and Gentlemen, Meso Customs

Shipping is becoming slower and slower no matter the company. Most show up on a week or 2. I have had orders wander all over the US and Canada and take 2 months or more a few times. USPS was the worst but not the only bad experience. They all usually eventually show up. Sometimes all it takes is a small error in the address other times it's a mystery

 

I miss the days of catalog orders with 6-8 week delivery times.

To me, the OP paid the money to Meso, and is the customer of Meso. Meso chose USPS and paid money to USPS, and is the customer of USPS. If there is an issue with USPS, then that would fall on Meso. The OP didn't pay USPS, and shouldn't have to deal with USPS if the package gets stuck or lost. Sure, the OP can still reach out to USPS to see if they can find anything out from them, but ultimately the OP didn't give them any money and isn't their customer.

 

Just two days ago, my GF received a letter in the mail from her health insurance company, with specifics as to what info they were missing and where it should be sent. It was dated June 17th. Of course during that time, she called many many times, and unable to get an English speaking human on the line that could explain. Needless to say, the claim was denied, and there are hospitals, doctors, surgeons that want nearly $90k,,, and they want it yesterday!

OP would definitely off themselves if they had to live in Alaska, 2nd day air means 4 days at best for us and I'm on the road system. Living in the bush could mean weeks

 

I put in an allocation request last year for a 2023 Tacoma it was two months late because of a QC Hold then it was a week late because of the transporter. I wonder what kind of a fit OP would pitch if that happened to him?

 

Hopefully the OP learned that things happen despite the best effort of vendors. Sometimes you have to be patient, and a little accommodating, but usually things work out in the end.

No offense but I don’t order from sketchy websites. I do my due diligence. And if I was to order from one it wouldn’t be that much $ and I would take it as a lesson learned if I never received anything.
