We're sitting with 11 out in the lobby already

Any LPN looking for job. We’re hiring 7-7 or 5-5 shifts $30/hr plus $500 bonus (bonus to me too lol)

 

That's a good pay for LPN.

 

I agree. Only downside is it is very difficult to find LPN that wants to work with seniors/dementia/Alzheimer’s patients

 

The few we get in the ER are a handful. I couldn't imagine 12hrs worth of multiple pts like that.

 

We’re capped at 24pt with 6 staff

 

That's not too awfully bad. 4 nurses and 2 techs?

 

Honestly I don’t know total staff. Most of the 24 in memory care also have personal sitters.

In other news, Sequoia is gone and got my first non toyota in over 20 years! 2012 gmc sierra 1500 alt/z71 all that jazz to pull ATVs. Will daily a 2022 Hyundai Tuscon

 

Nice. I know people are brand loyal and talk shit, but my dad still drives his 1990 Chevy 1500. Damn thing has to have 300K+ miles on it. He bought that thing new.

 

Oh yeah the Tuscon is Stephanie’s. She works from home and never drives
