    :rofl::rofl::rofl:

It's funny you mention that, because about six years ago, I had an encounter with a guy in a black Suburban. I worked at the dealership at the time, and I was on Route 611 in Warrington, driving to work. An ambulance came up behind me with lights and siren on, so I pulled over and let it pass.

My dashcam showed the Suburban pulling out of a side street and initially cutting off the ambulance before pulling to the shoulder and letting it pass. The driver of the Suburban then decided to blindly pull off the shoulder, which would have resulted in me plowing right into the back of him if I hadn't been paying attention. I had an interior dashcam at that time, pointed directly at me. My parents had initially believed I would have been at fault, but that dashcam footage absolved me of any wrongdoing. It was such a close call that you could see me clench up and brace for impact. I laid on the horn, prompting the driver of the Suburban to extend his left arm out the window and flip me off.

It was a nice Saturday morning in September, and I had the windows down; I got into the left lane and passed the Suburban, at which point the middle-aged man driving called me a certain derogatory word for gay men that begins with the letter "F". I ignored him and kept driving, at which point he actively tried to pursue me; I could hear his engine revving as he accelerated. We ended up side-by-side again, and he started cussing at me, so I said "Fuck you, dude" and floored it. Obviously, a V8-powered Suburban could easily out-accelerate a 4-banger/automatic Tacoma, but I think he got the message at the point and realized I wasn't in the mood.

I dont think there is anything you can say that would fix the problem, it's honestly something he has to work through on his own.

One time at a party at Cam's house less than a year ago, Amanda and I were kissing. NOT making out, but just a peck on the lips. None of our other friends cared, but the friend in question flipped out.

He also asks on our advice on how to proceed with his girlfriend (who he's never even kissed), and then gets mad when I tell him to get a new girlfriend...

We've all heard of people who wait until they get married to have sex, but when Amanda was still living with her former friend in Ambler, she met this couple roughly our age who were married. She saw how nasty Amanda's friend was to her and invited her to stay with them at their apartment. During this time, this woman revealed to us that she and her husband had never had sex, despite being married. o_O

This woman told us that she had intimacy issues from a prior relationship; I was never entirely sure if she was a virgin or just really sexually inexperienced, but it was weird nonetheless. The woman and her husband ended up being nuttier than squirrel turds.

For the record, Amanda and I consummated our relationship 41 days after our first date, and it would have been sooner if she didn't live not only out of state but 50 miles away; I feel like marrying a woman before having sex for the first time is like buying a car without test driving it first... :D

That "friend" would now be referred to as a person. He would no longer be a friend.

Sounds like she needs a new boyfriend.
If he get's mad at advice he asked for, he has issues.

    I don't care.

If you have, haven't, do, or don't.
    I don't care.

I'm at a point in my life, None of that matters to me.

@PennSilverTaco When they did your transmission, did they pull the motor and trans together as one unit or just drop the transmission out on its own?

We got Shawn's truck ready to pop the motor out, only thing left is the motor mounts. Hopefully after installing the new rear main seal, it fixes that nasty oil leak.

The only way to truly fix that truck is to push it off a cliff…

Agreed, just trying to get it to the point where he can actually drive it.

Yep. He has had it for a couple of years now and seriously has been driven less than 10 miles. First engine shot a piston ring off somehow, and the replacement 6.0 has an extreme oil leak that we are in the process of fixing.

The 6.0 is a great engine. If the body and frame are in good / decent condition. It's worth fixing.

Body and frame are a disaster too unfortunately. Charlie ran the VIN # for it when Shawn went to see it and found it was from New York, told him not to walk away but run full speed away so naturally he bought it, lol. Been recently repairing the frame and he picked up another repairable bed, the cab is complete Swiss cheese too.
