IMG_2610.jpg IMG_2617.jpg IMG_2616.jpg My struts can probably wait, I already replaced my tie rods with True Drive tie rods from Carparts.com. It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t had an issue … yet. I keep seeing people say to go for OEM parts but I currently can’t afford those. What’s the next best thing? Or any recommendations on cheaper options? I don’t off-road at all. Just drive from home to work and that’s about it.

    What would Jesus do?

Kidding, looks like you've got the same setup as me. Basic Icon coilovers and UCAs.

If you go back to stock height you'll need stock UCAs

are you wondering about the grease coming out of the UCA bushings? Are they loose? I've replaced my bushings a couple times but it's not that hard to do

My shocks are way overdue for a rebuild but I'm not really that concerned.

If nothing is leaking and you don't mind the slightly stiffer ride I'd just leave it alone. Save up some money and buy the stuff you want later down the road

Yeah the grease in the UCA bushings is my main concern. Not sure if they’re coming loose, but there’s this really annoying squeaking when turning at low speeds when parking. I also have slight pulling to the right even after I had got an alignment done (after my tie rods).
The ride isn’t the smoothest but after installing the new tie rods, this steering wheel wobble stopped so I’m happy with that for now.

The grease coming out is normal, note the zerk fittings on top of each bushing

If it ain’t leaking grease, it has no grease!

Gotcha so control arm bushings are just a little dirty right now. What about that squeaking noise I get when turning slowly? Could it be ball joints?

    Check wheel bearings?

See if the dust shield behind the rotor is rubbing?
