I have a 2005 TRD Sport access cab which I purchased a couple years ago. The truck came from the U.S but was purchased in Canada. My dad and all the guys I hunt with drive Toyota and I have not seen a locker in a sport?....anyway....my truck came with a rear diff lock, is this actually a TRD off road.

P.S -Nothing beats a Taco to get a Moose out of the sticks...

Do you have all the Sport accessories? Hood scoop, color-matched front grill, rear bumper, side mirrors, etc..?

ya the bed sticker says its a sport.....and I didn't realize when I bought it....I did notice it had a locker which is awesome....the truck was in a minor scrap up, where the driver side was scratched ......they must have replaced the stickers to a sport at the time....my only thought...I also thought that you couldn't get a OR package in an access cab in the US. I know the 2011 is like that.

    I have an AC OR.

OP, I was going to suggest that possibly your truck had body work and they put the wrong stickers on it. Definitely looks like thats the case. Your truck definitely looks like a Off Road with the Sport decals.

x2. Sounds like the parts guy at the body shop made a boo-boo. Double check (for curiosity's sake) if both bedside decals are the same. If only one was replaced, you may have two different decals.

A coworker has a Tacoma with hood scoop, color matched handles and bumpers, and sport wheels but on one side of this truck it has TRD Off Road Sticker. The other side has TRD Sport sticker. He has no idea why!
