Well if we go with Kyle's idea, we can Walmart rent the grill and everything...

Seriously, for just grilling out, my backyard is available. Hopefully we can do Brian's house again though?

So far I am game for having it at my house again. We are discussing travel today, so I won't know anything for sure until that is fully decided.

DON'T GET ME F&%KING STARTED!!! I'm so pissed!! At least you've heard back and know some of the status of your sliders! He told me that my front was already tacked together and that hes just needs to weld it up and tack and weld the rear and i'll be good to go. Well a week and a half goes by and come to find out he was sick through the forum not a PM and that he was starting on my rear now. I have given him 2 weeks to hopefully hear something back from him and NOTHING! No shipping confirmation no hey bud sorry I keep pushing your stuff off but FACK! I want a little customer service not silence! I'm not trying to give Eric a bad name but damn it's getting old when i paid him in full to hopefully expedite services and he was all ears when it came to payment but when it actually comes down to the build i rarely hear a peep! I know he's a one man show but customer service and a little hey buddy I'm swamped goes a long way in keeping people happy!

    Sorry.. I'm done ranting!

alright. put yourself in this position. You are real good at welding and designing stuff for our trucks. You keep pretty steady business making stuff for people. Now imagine getting swamped with a 300% increase in demand in an extremely short amount of time. Pretty hard to deal with.

Maybe he's reluctant to hire help cause hes particular about his work and wants to make sure everything is done right. I hate to admit, but I'm definitely the type of person that if i'm good at something, but someone else does it, i'm still going to go back and make sure its done right. maybe thats the engineer in me. This could lead to a large delay in shipping. At least you know you'll get a well built product.

Besides, your transfer case is fubar at the moment so you don't absolutely have to have the bumpers right now anyways. I promise you'll get something your are more than impressed with.
