Speaking of coffee, are there any experts here on the french press method? Usually when I make it, it comes out pretty weak-sauce. Maybe someone can put together a little french press workshop at Tigerton? :D

I used to use a French press pretty regularly for camping. And, I would use it at home on weekends.

I would usually get the water boiling, then remove it from the heat for about a minute. I don't remember the ratio of grounds to water, I would have to look that up. But, if I recall correctly, you would add the hot water to the grounds, give it a quick stir, put the lid on, wait a few (3?) minutes and give it another quick stir and then push down the plunger and pour it.

I'll have to see what everyone else has to say, because I used to like making coffee this way occasionally. And, it would probably be an improvement from my instant Folgers crystals that I use on camping trips lately.

Sooo I wanted to take a video of my suspension working to show how the PerryParts bumpstops work with the MT64s (and also to prove I'm not full of hot air when I say I like to send it  ) and I jerry-rigged a mount. I did a bad job. I had to do the walk of shame looking for the GoPro. Even though it didn't work very well at least I captured a little bit

I would honestly just get an Aeropress for camping. It's similar but offers better filtering and makes a cup pretty fast. Only downside used to be it was only meant for one or two cups at a time but I just upgraded to the bigger size and it made enough for 3 people in my family. Clean up is a breeze too.

Tim, did you get your exhaust reroute done? Have the RCI skid plate package here and need the reroute done too. Please LMK if you find anyone that does quality work and is reasonable.

Lol I just placed an order for a proper mount so next week sometime I should have an actual video of the suspension working. I will say I have grown to like the Perry Parts bump stops more as time has gone by. Definitely softens up hard hits. I can still tell that I'm hitting the bump stops but it's not jarring the way the stock ones are. Dollar per dollar they definitely are the best out there as far as I know. Perhaps duro bumps would be better but they cost so much more.
