Get yourself a rope soak it in wd40 insert rope in the gasket. Make sure the gasket is on the window first have someone on the outside to hold pressure down on it and pull the rope from the inside. And boom your window is in.

Definitely needed more than 7 hours sleep that I managed to get

Need to start purging all the junk around here. Been looking at houses again and realizing how much junk I've accumulated since I bought my house January 2022

Spoke with tesla today my friends cousin works for them. Got me another interview with them keeping fingers crossed it for their mobile glass tech. Told them I was looking for a min of 30$hr sounds like they are willing to give me more than that. Time will tell. Still won't get my hopes up tho.

Interview is set for Friday. We shall see. It's a new position for that location for glass tech/ will also be trained for a service technician. So dual role. Which equals more pay.

one question I always ask during an interview is why there is an opening and what the reason the last person left the job for, can give you an insight to what you might be in store for. Good luck

@Robskino Try to contact this place https://mountzionoffroad.com/. I honestly have not used them yet for my Taco, but their website will give you a lot of information to decide. Try to give them a call.

This is a whole new position for that location. They have a glass technician for the princeton and Springfield locations. But not for the eatontown location. So I guess they've been looking for someone that has years of experience. Which I have 18rs of experience replacing windshields. I've also have experienced replacing tesla glass to boot. But I hear what your saying though.

Nope nothing. All glass is the same. Honestly not sure why these manufacturers keep adding more weight to the glass like cameras and all that jazz. I've seen people break their windshields just by adjusting their mirrors. They just keep adding more and more shit to a already thin piece of glass. Tesla tbh is just a pain in the ass to replace. I've done several. But so is any luxury car. Mercedes bmw and so on.
But if they pay me well I could care less. I'll replace any thing for the right amount of money
