Looks like the splash shield that goes in the inner wheel arch.
Look over the top of the wheel and see if it's pulled down.

Ah, yup. What’s that called if I want to order a new set? Are the pushpins the standard ones used for the trim?

splash shields, and the push pins are different from the others, you will need the ones for the splash shields.

Ark overland is what you want to replace those factory ones with 1000x better.

I second the Ark brand splash guards. Good quality, family owned and operated company, and USA made. I love my set. Pretty affordable compared to OEM, too.

Rad Rubber Designs also makes some splash shields that are similar to OEM but much thicker and hardier. They attend Toyota Jamboree usually and other events around the country.

Those look really nice, also a lot cheaper than Ark. Seems like Rad Rubber is more of a Toyota-oriented company too. I like the Arks because they're a one-piece design.

Arks are very nice, the Rad Rubber are similar to OEM and so they can be pulled down and worked around, but theyre a much thicker material and dont dry rot and fall apart like the OEM ones do. I run them on my Toyota (been installed since 2017 and been taken on and off the truck 15+ times) and they look today the same as they did day 1.

I bought material off Amazon, found a template here on TW somewhere and made my own. Still holding up and all for under $30 I think.

Thanks, guys. Doing it right now and actually taking the opportunity to do the AC drain line fix.

Ended up having to return the ones I ordered from A-Premium as they didn't the third-gen despite being advertised as such. Ordered the Rad Rubbers, and they are fantastic. Thanks for the recommendation!
