First of all, that ford rear end is a psychological need in my life.

Second of all, I don’t think you know what I would do for a 90* day.

    You need it!
Dude it’s been 105+ for the last month here. I neeeded 90 also!

Sorry to clog your thread with my pics. Thought I was responding on the LT thread originally.

@Pittsy you're on 37's right? I'm curious how long that rear end lasts with 37s, and triple the whp.

Yep I meant to do it before it got muddy. But I went out and it started storming out of nowhere, and that’s when the truck died on me.

Pretty much guaranteed that's the problem area then. My '88 4runner would die any time it rained, which is pretty much 2/3rds the year here, and it turned out there was a hole in the firewall so the tire was throwing water in the cab onto the electrical harness. Wrapped it in plastic bags as a temp fix and has been fine ever since. Never actually fixed the hole lol

Maybe I change how it's mounted, idk. I looked and didnt see any torched wires this time. I gotta get my tools to figure it out tonight.

Definitely sounds like it needs more protection from the elements.

Any suggestions? I thought I was being proactive by using the busman stuff.

Alright so maybe I have myself worked up for nothing, but with both fans running, idling, with AC on, I’m between 185-190. It used to be 175-180. Is this a normal jump? I feel like it should be 175-180 again but maybe that’s not realistic.
