Oh there will be some mods all right
I was so close to putting it in my cart you don't even know lol. Literally the only thing that stopped me was the fact that only 17" is available. The bronze is a really good deal but it's not such a good deal once you factor in the price of new tires.

That doesn’t seem like an issue when you are due for your next set of tires anyway lol

No worries there. It’s all about what suits the individual taste.

I’ll say! I was completely blown away. They have 1000 bikes on display and another 900+ in storage not to mention what they are working on as well.
I really would need a couple of days to really look over everything.

    anyways bike porn incoming!

I was really digging the Red Bull KTM Dakar bike. It’s from 2007 and raced in the last Africa Dakar race. I have about 500 photos of that and the 1984 Lotus T95 John Player Special F1 car. Austin and I were nerding out hard!

Looks like I'm going to be a guinea pig for Tigerton.

Finally got around fixing a vibration that started after my last trip there. I started freaking out and thought my torque converter shit the bed. Thank you @wi_taco for talking me down.

Exhaust was just touching the transfer case skid and was even rubbing off the powdercoating. Bare spot was about the size of a nickel. As @OldSchlPunk has advised, some percussive persuasion should do the trick.

Thing is this transfer case skid was such a PITA to install. I got it loose enough to slide some washers on the outermost bolts six on each side for even tension. Gave me enough clearance that the vibration is now gone. Will it take a hit? We'll find out!

I have spare bolts and washers leftover if the bolts were to give out. More worried about that than the skids ripping around said bolts.

Today was a good day. TW Express (Rich) brought my sticker!
It’s probably the last one I’ll be getting until I have to time to prep and install what I already have.

    Thanks for the delivery Rich!

Sounds familiar, except I'm on the factory cross member and the cat was hitting.
Didn't need to go as drastic, sitting with a 3mm washer.

Seems @Pixeltim outwitted all of us. I'll get to the exhaust re-route....... eventually.

Edit: In the skid's defense I had already smacked the lowest part of that exhaust quite a couple times on some rocks. It adds character :anonymous:

I am impressed with their work! Very nice bumper. We need a work day to put it all on...someone needs to get his shit together and get some paint on metal first, though!

It was difficult walking around 4x Innovations' shop while sporting wood. I should've got a couple of pics!

I have the same problem and like you had put some thick washers under the rear most bolts to keep it from rattling. You can also mount the front edge below the transmission skid to get more clearance but that prevents you from sliding should you catch the edge. I took mine to work and tried tweaking the bend angles but over did it and need to back them off before putting it back on.

It has just the right amount of mud on it to prove it doesn’t hang out at malls :)
