Since I was made aware that the sports’ world got tainted with politics, I gave up on watching :luvya: them.

Our kids were arguing over who got to flush the fish(s) when they died.

Caught a raccoon a couple weeks ago in the trap at the garden, son whacked it.

Caught a opossum last week, daughter whacked it while I was at work. Not bad for an 8 year old with a .22

Good hump day morning friends, have a wonderful day :hattip:

In the sanctuary where amo was prohibited, I’ve seen the silent termination treatment was being executed. :redxfall:

I was starting to mount the hose reel until my drill battery died. So I put in my second battery.

    It was dead, too. :anonymous:

Shifted gears and switched out the sprinkler controller while a battery charges.

I see someone was smart enough to mount the reel to a board, then easily mount the reel to the wall

I didn't figure that drywall was quite strong enough to hold up a 40 pound reel. :p

I pocket screwed the two 2x4s together then sunk eight 3" screws in. At least I hope the four on the left bit into something as I have them at a 45° angle to hit a stud in the corner. Felt solid enough when I gave it the old "that's not going anywhere" shake test.

My overhead doors both had a large gap on one side at the floor - wind, dust, critters, heat & cold could all come in.

The service fellows just left - with a fairly large check... :pout:
    :spending:

On the positive, the doors are now working like new and seal tight to the floor.
    ;)

Funny how you don't really notice the doors working harder over time until they work like new.
