Probably typo for FEL. Front End Loader

As far as the tire tools go, Harbor Break has some cheap apparatus’s that might help

I changed the coils Friday after work, ran like a champ........for 5 minutes. I cleaned the carb, again. I realized there was something black in the fuel filter so I put a new filter on it and took the gas line from the cut off and put it directly to the left tank and mowed almost the entire yard and it started running rough again. I'm not 100% sure what is going on with it and not sure how anything would have gotten in the tank(s) but I think I've narrowed it down to a fuel issue now.

I haven't had time to mess with it since parking it Friday.

Random: I snagged a returned suspension seat off Amazon using camelcamelcamel price tracker (emails you when the selected item reaches your desired price) for $70. It's too tall, but for $70 I'll let the 'ole feetsies dangle and look like a kid on his dad's zero turn for the added comfort of a suspension seat.

My yard is bumpy. <- that's an undesrtatement.

Good Lord what a life changer and for only $70. It's like I'm floating on a cloud. Otherwise, the Briggs 24hp swap (from Kawasakie 23hp) is running like a champ, charging great, new battery starts it so fast I can't get my hand off the key fast enough. This is the first summer in a LONG time that I haven't had to screw around with the mower to just get my yard cut.

PS- them tires in the list of suggestions below look awesome, they're gonna be my next set.

Best I’ve got for now. Note: I inverted it to just get it on for now. Had to drill out some mounting points and I’ll have to plasma/modify the seat mounting base to account for the “belly” where the springs reside in the suspension seat. My easy fix to get mowing quickly was to invert the suspension seat, use the seat rails to straddle that “belly” and let it rip. I can still flip the seat to about 45* when needed to blow out all the grass.

Sooo my R1 front tires came today :yay:. Looked at them and they seemed to be bigger o_O. Well looks like the previous owner put on garden tractor/lawn tractor tires 4 ply . Looked at model number and ran it and sure enough, so I will have the right tires on now 6 ply's:thumbsup:.
Waiting for the tubes to get here and I'll see if we can get them swapped out.

Since KR didn't say it .... I will.

Sure you can probably get 3K hours out of a BX.... But most people sell them at around 1k & upgrade. If you are just mowing grass or light yardscaping? Its probably fine if they took care of it.

But I'd look for a B series in the same hours for that price range' instead of a BX.

Tons of B7200s around with about that many hours on them & they are way more capable machines.
Less HP, but more solid machines. IF you want newer? A B2601 is a lot better machine than the same HP BX. Way better pump, more capacity, real frame.... Still small. These are GREAT machines for the money. Same with a L2501....

    Way stronger than the BXs...
