Pump had some cracks in it.






O’reilly auto was $219, Amazon was $58. They come out of the same place I bet.







I didn’t even look to see if the gauge was correct when I pulled it out of the shop

 

The box stores are always over price. Most stuff i can wait a few days to save some $$

 

That access plate really made my day, probably yours too.

 

Earlier this week I ordered the Yota AC Clutch from an online dealer- $125. No shipping notice so I called. They said the part was on nationwide back order til the first week in September.

Called my local dealer who reported the same backlog… I asked the price and the reply was “Toyota’s MSRP is $189.” I asked what their price was and the answer was $189.

I know they always hose us but it took this to make me realize it’s across the board. I’ll still buy when they have the part in stock or by the next day when I need it but there’s no way I’m supporting a local business with that pricing philosophy.

I've been asking for an update every Monday. So far, nada.

 

It sure did, it was nice driving to work this morning and not smelling gas as well.......at least not petrol gas

 

Only a quarter of a million people out of power after severe storms last night.

 

These massive storms are becoming the norm. I hope all recover quickly
