The higher you go up the government ladder, the more real things become - this is all handled by these idiots?

My MTB friends all switched to road cycling. Which is pretty dangerous in Texas so no thanks. Was riding with a guy that was here for work for a few months. But he's gone home now.

Not often you see this stuff locally. Only place I can think of locally where it could be put to use. https://wolfcaves.com/

Deer are common all day; almost have to push them to get out of the driveway. Bears are often enough-- usually looking for trash. Have a video somewhere of one sitting in our driveway eating a package of old oreos (I put the trash out to early).

I got a gravel bike now too and its fun to hit a little road but be capable to do a little more. So much more pedal efficient than even my ebike lol.

Sent it off a few stair sets too. Nothing crazy but definitely more capable then a road bike but far from a 200mm travel DH bike lol

Hope y'alls day started better than mine, spilled most of my coffee (hot AF) right on my arm when the drink sleeve broke. I dunno what I disliked more, the scalding, or the waste of money.

I like those, I still need to do something similar, I miss having liners. The biggest downside to fiberglass, well other than the initial fitup. What material is that?

Hopefully just for routine stuff. I need to exchange my bottle again, timeline feels wrong, usually lasts me half a year but I used most of it on a single project.

    Oh yeah just small stuff

Other one is still mostly full, I'm only doing so cause I want to fill this thing so "while I'm there"

    20240801_072921.jpg

Curious to see how much it'll cost to fill up and how long it'll last on the fish tank

That and if a single big project comes up like it did for you, having an extra bottle always helps

Is that C02? Shouldn't cost hardly anything to fill

A 150cf tank costs $57, so yeah this would be significantly cheaper

I should rephrase that and say, compared to disposable co2 cartridges.

The two-pack kits I've been buying run me $15 and they last me over 3 weeks and 3 days each tank meaning it's only 31 cents per day to run for 8 hours. Be curious as to how many days I'll get with this larger tank, and being a refill, how much cheaper comparatively.

    Agreed,

Some ace hardware stores sell rolls of shop floor rubber by the foot, I had to go to two to find it.

Then just drilled some holes in the glass and used some plastic fasteners, time will tell how they hold up.

It's the same material I used to build the splash guards you see in this pic and they are years old.
